MJ-12

by Perry Jones

A review of 2 documents in the MJ-12 collection indicate that both documents are hoaxes to some degree.

The website - which itself is a reputable site and which I often use - is

http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/sociopolitica/esp_sociopol_mj12_3.htm#inicio

Document 1

"EXECUTIVE BRIEFING: PROJECT AQUARIUS" AKA "CARTER BRIEFING"

This document is a hoaxed document although it appears to report accurate documents.

The author of this document uses grammar, terminology and syntax which is not consonant with accepted briefing document protocol nor with military nor intelligence dept. parlance or nomenclature.

This document does appear to discuss documentation which does exist, however the author of this document is not an "insider" with direct access to the source documents. The material discussed is not questioned as the clear reference indicates that these documents exist (but whether or not they themselves are disinformation tactics is open for discussion).

Conclusion:

"EXECUTIVE BRIEFING: PROJECT AQUARIUS" AKA "CARTER BRIEFING" is a "partial" hoax and was never presented to Pres. Carter, at least not in the content nor form as represented in this document. It may be a fabrication from one UFO researcher to another.

Document 2

"MAJESTIC TWELVE - 1ST ANNUAL REPORT"

This document appears to be a complete fabrication. Terminology, grammar, writing quality, educational level of author and syntax are all inconsistent with accepted briefing documents and standard military and intelligence protocol.

The information and data contained within the report appears to be disinformation.

Circles, notes and underlines appearing on briefing documents within the intelligence and military communities are transcribed by individuals at various times and places for various purposes. As a result, each line and note and circle would display a variation in pressure, style and form representing the writing patterns and psychological suasion of each individual involved. In addition, time delays would present varying the the holographic symbols over time which would further authenticate the veracity of any actual document. None of these characteristics are present in the disclosed document.

Handwritten circles and notes on this document appear to be written by a single individual (primarily deduced from psychological indicators), over a period of no more than 2 or 3 days.

Conclusion:

"MAJESTIC TWELVE - 1ST ANNUAL REPORT" is a complete fabrication. This document appears to have been written by an individual with some knowledge of the UFO phenomenon, MJ-12 and access to certain source documentation, however this individual is most likely an amateur researcher of the phenomenon.
