The Commercialization of Boston's Faneuil Hall

Once the home of all things New England, General Growth Properties (the owner of Faneuil Hall) has brought in such retailers as Coach, Nine West, Urban Outfitters and other names which have stores across the country. One tourist recently proclaimed that she could go to any mall in the country and find many of the same stores. Faneuil Hall is supposed to represent something different, something distinctly Boston and it is that which makes Faneuil Hall unique, distinct and a location that visitors to Boston will want to go to.

Progresso Soup Has Gone Downhill

We bought 3 cans of Progresso soup because Progresso has always had the thickest, richest soup. When we opened the cans, (1 vegetable, 1 chicken & noodle & 1 chicken vegetable), the soup was thin, bland and contained hardly any vegetables at all. We are very disappointed in Progresso and hope that it returns to the hardy, thick soup it once made or we will begin buying another soup. I am forwarding this email to Consumer Reports also.
